Pizzaville

Bought 2 pizzas. 13.99 +17.99. = 42.00. When I pointed out that was impossible she fixed the bill to the correct amount. Then she went and made the pizzas (she and I Iwere the only ones in the store). I ordered the speciality pizza (chicken, spinach and goat cheese + added bacon). My fiancé had pepperoni, pineapple and olives. The bacon was raw! Now-I know some people like bacon well done-but I’m not one of them. I had to take all the pieces off and cook them in the microwave (for one whole minute)! Pepperoni was also not well cooked but it at least was somewhat edible. Then a male came in and the female left to make a delivery. I should have checked the boxes before I left. I will say-once the bacon was cooked my pizza was delicious. My fiancé said his was inedible and through it in the garbage. So- check your bills and check your pizza before you pay for them. I understand small business are trying to cut down on staff but perhaps having the same person do cash, cook and deliver is too much?

Absolutely terrible pizza and service. 0stars if I could. Ordered 3 separate times from this location 1st time I ordered 8 garlic sticks with cheese. They gave me 4 and told me that this is the biggest it comes and refused to make 8 sticks. 2nd time I ordered a large pizza , came out burnt. I showed it to them and they said no it’s not burnt and said I asked for well done. I never asked for my pizza to be well done. Refused to make it again. 3rd time I ordered 2 panzos 1 baked and 1 fried, both came out falling apart. In the box the panzo split open and leaked all over the box. I showed it to them and they refused to make it again. Overall this place doesn’t know how to make pizza, burns their food , and refuses to admit they made a mistake, do not come here, go to another pizzaville location that Will actually value their customers

My parents ordered a pizza to pickup a few days ago. My parents live in Etobicoke but drive to the Clarkson location because they were always impressed with the quality of the pizza. My Dad looked in the box when he got to the car to check and saw that the wrong ingredients were on it. There was sausage on it which was not ordered, and no mushrooms which were ordered. When he went in the man working said to hang on five minutes and proceeded to cook a hefty amount of mushrooms and was going to pick off the wrong ingredients... instead of offering to make the right pizza he sloppily added an insulting amount of mushrooms as if to make a point. The pizza had barely any cheese or sauce, and it was supposed to have bacon but there were maybe four tiny pieces on the entire thing. It was the worst pizza my parents have ever had and because of their age and being senile they told me today because they're too scared and old and confused to do anything themselves. My moms arthritis is too bad for her to contact anyone herself and she starved that night.

Very good place I have bought pizza countless times. But today Saturday July 18 I am disappointed. I was waiting for 20 minutes after my pizza was ready for pickup and 1 the staff does not wear a mask, 2 the cashier needs more training, he asked the cooker for help and he stopped from preparing pizza to do the accounts using the same gloves to prepare food and handle money 🤮 ... Very disappointed. I called to costumer service for report this no professional behavior
