Pizza Hut Mississauga

Used to grow up here, the photos of the store are outdated now. But moved back into the area and I order online and always walk in. Not sure what all the horrible reviews are about, I have not had a problem here, I order here at least once a month. I have even seen the cashier help people place their order on their phones. I recommend this place, it's busy, but if you plan ahead you will get your order on time as placed.

Placed an order with them, and I messed up my order - wings. Gave them a call back right away with no response, and by the time I can connect with someone it was already been delivered within 15 minutes! The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY nice, delivery man should get a raise - he was VERY PERSONABLE, funny and what a hardworking Indian man he is. Tip your driver please! And pizza is pizza. The pizza was great. Don't know why everyone is complaining about quality. It's PIZZA! The lady gave me a small discount which is fair. I made the mistake, and they didn't pick up the phone (must have been very busy). Thank you again, and I hope the manager sees this and talk to the delivery guy and show him this. YOU ARE AWESOME!! I served 15 people with the pizza, and it was nothing but full stomachs, and laughter as it should be! ~ Enjoy your pizza everyone. Not that serious

I was a bit skeptical on ordering from this location because of the negative reviews, and my usual had location closed down (hwy 10 & eglinton). However, I thought “lets give it a try, bc reviews can be biased” or sometimes it even depends on the time. My order was great! Tasted awesome, along with the appropriate amount of toppings and good service (delivery).

A great service experience and excellent food! It was a rainy day in... 😂 literally, so why not order some pizza? The order taker was very detailed and polite. The delivery person was on time, and very pleasant to deal with. He was genuinely happy and polite! At the conclusion, he did ask that if I had a moment to fill out an optional survey online, he would really appreciate it. (Done 👍) The food was packaged incredibly well! No leaks, nothing shifted, everything placed properly, literally Tetris perfect. The food was fresh and hot. This is the first time I would say fast food actually looked like the images used to sell the product. ...if I didn't know any better, I would have said the whole experience was staged. 😂 Well done.
