Sugar King Factory

As soon as I walked into the store, it instantly brought me back to my childhood. I was quite literally 'a kid in a candy store'. I would say it's the best candy/sweet store out there, and every time I visit, there is always a new item that I have never seen before and would love to try. There used to be a location at Scarborough Town center once upon a time, and I was so sad to see it close down, but when I heard that another candy store was opening up in the city, I was so excited to check it out, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. My favorite thing from here are the variety of drinks as well as flavors you never even heard of; they taste great too ! If you haven't been to Sugar King Factory yet, I suggest you check it out; definitely worth the visit.

I Looooovvvveeeeeeee this store!! ♥ I am OBSESSSED with the different flavoured drinks and love their collection of MIlka's!!! The store is filled with so many unique products, I brought my mom to the store and she was estatic to find some of the candies she ate growing up. It's really a place for all ages. I recently googled to see if they have an online store, and they do!!! I ordered a case of pop, cereal and Oreos and it was delivered in a few days! I'm so happy of my recent purchase and I definitely will be taking advantage of their online store!! 🎉🎉

Located inside the Food District. They have a wide variety of nostalgic, imported (curly wurlys, etc.) and unique candies and treats. A lot of the unique stuff is overpriced, like Dr Pepper flavoured Cotton Candy (over $5 for a bag). They had chicken and waffle cereal, trix and other stuff as well which normal candy places wouldn't have. Fun to look at and splurge once in a while.

For the wild, nostalgic, colorful. So many childhood sweets in the shelves as well as seasonal delights. A few days ago, there were Game of Thrones Oreos on the shelves to celebrate 'Winter is coming'. You'll find chicken and waffle cereal, haribo, chewing gum and lots more chocolate and candy from around the world. A delight

A quaint little store selling a lot of import treats and hard-to-find faves. Located downstairs on the cusp of the new section and the original building; around the corner from Bentley, and across from the Scotiabank. The selection is very nice, and I suggest coming often, as stick changes regularly (dependent on the season and the months I believe; at the time of posting, there were Christmas specific items alongside new items, such as Hot Starbursts and Oreo candy canes) I'm a little sad about the upcharge on the canned products such as the vanilla Coke, but I suspect that's in part due to the location (West end), and that it's not a high priority item. I get that. I can also go to a convenience store in Toronto and pray a buck less... But the drive isn't necessarily with the saving of a buck or two. The store is always clean, and the young lady who works there is always smiling and looks out together-- sometimes you go to these little shops and the people who work there dress and look as if they've given up, sadly. I recommend the Taffy-- it's inexpensive and there's a variety of flavours! I'm coming back for all the blackcurrant flavoured candies!
