Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is good. eaten here countless times. Funny thing I discovered over the month of dinning in and ordering to my work is that these guys have special quantiles (small portions for more money) for door dash orders. I have tested it with Burritos, Bowls and tacos. They give you less food in door dash order lol.

Overall the quality of the food is pretty much on par for what you'd expect from a Chipotle. I would say my only complaint would be the portioning provided seems very dependent on who is making the meal. Also in terms of dining in there were almost no clean tables. Review update June 12th 2022; Honestly? Where has the quality gone? In terms of ordering on the app and picking up the experience is miserable. Always being badgered to show proof of order when I never have that issue at other locations. And even then, I've never had an order be correct on pickup. What's worse is there's literally no assistance on the app, just some bot that decides there's nothing they can do for you. Absolutely miserable. Also typically portions are much smaller on take out orders from the app. Basically a necessity to order extra portions.

My order was wrong. The store manager was so rude and unprofessional. Telling me that I have to be nice next time that I come here when my order is wrong because other managers would not take care of it. I was not rude to her that she called rude and told me I got what I want and I should leave. On my way out she flipped me off. Chipotle lost my business forever.

The fat girl with the huge ear gauges that works at the food bar is very rude. She started building our burritos and we had to walk out with out mouths watering because of her horrible attitude. We still haven't tried chipotle. If you walk in and see her there, just do yourself a favor and walk out. If you with her, please fire her.

Horrible experience not once but twice. My family with two toddlers waited approximately 45 minutes in line earlier this year. The older couple behind us even screamed at the workers for fulfilling mobile orders and standing around pretending to work. Then as soon as we tried ordering kids meals, the woman would not elaborate about what items were available— just stared at us blankly pretending not to understand! I would only go here if you want cold food, 1/4 scoop of meat and to be discriminated against lol. Not Asian friendly at all!

3rd time you didn't add my bottled drink to my sealed bag and you said it was in the sealed bag. If you don't have it tell me ahead of time so I can choose another drink if that is the case. I do not want to find out at home. I trusted I was not lied to again. DO NOT ORDER DRINKS HERE. CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE SHELF BEFORE YOU LEAVE :(
