Chili's Grill & Bar

Even though this is a national chain, it is the first time we have ever eaten at Chili's. We loved it. Our group was me, my husband and our 17 year old granddaughter. We received excellent service, the restaurant was clean and warm, and the food was fantastic! I had a grilled chicken salad. The chicken was amazing as was the rest of the salad. My husband loved his burger and our granddaughter had the margarita chicken which she loved as well. All in all a wonderful experience and yes, we will go back again.

My recent visit to Chili's was with my family for lunch. We were seated within fifteen minutes and our server shared they were short staffed that day and thanked us for our patience. She was very attentive from when we were seated until we finished our delicious meals. Our experiences at this location have always been positive. By the way, the molten cake will satisfy your sweet tooth!

Anna was our server. Worst service ever. I do need to say, she was only at our table once, to deliver drinks that we sat for 5 minutes before she even came to the table for us to order. (The restaurant only had a handful of tables occupied, so it wasn’t because she was busy with other guests. She even chased me out the to go door when she found out how unhappy I was. I came back into the restaurant and she yelled at me across the room that she didn’t need my money. She also said other staff members were at our table, so we were fine. Anyone that stopped at our table was because I called them over to help. She shouldn’t be fired, but the only thing she should be doing is washing dishes. I wouldn’t trust her with my food. All I was trying to do was have a nice lunch with my mother who has Alzheimer’s. It was the end of a very difficult weekend, as my family buried my 7 year old great nephew. Thanks so much, Chili’s!! Stellar job at customer service. Remember, every team member represents you. Anna should not ever be the face at the table representing you.

Food was awesome just not use to the new technology with the whole menu on my phone. I’m old school and I would like to see picture of what I might be getting served. The phone menu has only a couple of pictures but it doesn’t justify the hard cold actual menu that us older folks as use too. Drinks were great and the food was spot on. Awesome work employees keep it up…😎

The absolute worse service I have ever experienced. First, I made an order of soup and “to go”. We then placed our orders, all simple dishes nothing special. 5 adults and 3 children.The kids had Grilled cheese.and Max and cheese. After an hour we got the “to go” order first the we were served 1to 2 people at a time over a 2 Hour period. I complained to the one of the Managers a dark haired woman. She was in the middle of helping us when another Manager, a balding middle aged man came over and said he had already given us a discount. Very rude in fact. My daughter explained to him we weren’t looking for a discount just good service.

Went in as a sit in with my 2 year old and my husband. Our Waitress was kind and understanding that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. She helped us place our order but 5-10mins after we order my son starts fussing and he throws up so now I'm worried he might be sick(thank god it was just motion sickness) so we decided to just make it to go. Our Waitress kindly helped us changed it. My husband takes our son to the car first. Once I received our order I rushed out worrying about my son. I get to the car I'm checking in on my son and my husband checks the bag and says "where's the cheese fries?" I said it should be there. He replied, "it's not." We weren't upset or anything. We just gave them the benefit of the doubt. They probably forgot it. Went back in there told one of the staff they said they'll tell the kitchen and asked us to wait while they resolve it. We said okay went and waited in our car. 3 mins later one of the workers in the kitchen came asking are we sure it's not in there we said yes we're sure we've checked. He then asked to inspect the bag himself. Now I'm offended...are seriously thinking I stole your 6 dollar cheese fries? When my order cost 108.00 and I tipped our Waitress too. He was so rude he then said no I mean I for sure made it. I said well you cook a lot of things idk it's fine I don't need the fries. He proceeds to apologize and says he'll make another one rn. Another one like I took the first one? Ugh w.e.

Was told waiting time was 30-40 mins ended up being over an hr. Also can chili’s serve better quality chips? I’m not talking about changing a whole lot, I mean this is obviously the worst chips, I’m only saying because it’s a good restaurant, I don’t understand the amount of oil on them, I can’t even see the screen right now from all the oil, and dropped the phone twice it’s so slippery. Other than that, great chain restaurant I wished they opened late.
