Sonic Drive-in

Visited pretty early I think I was their first customer. Ordered through the drive thru and I was told there would be a small wait since they were just turning on the grill. Ordered their promo garlic cheeseburger with tots combo. For 2.99 it was a pretty good deal. I would go again. Since we were the first customers for the day, the food was very hot and fresh. I've been going to Sonic's here and there for years and it has not disappointed. I added a picture of a Philly cheese steak I got when they had it as a promo.

The employees and manager were very polite. However this location is always dirty-cobwebs everywhere and desperately needing a power wash of pavement and the building. I've always had a wait at this location of about 10-15 min. Need more staff! The gal at the window got my order mixed up, but the manager graciously and quickly corrected the error and adjusted my bill. Bottom line: this needs a deep clean and more staff to function as it should.

Worst Sonic I've been to. The staff seemed poorly trained and run by manager who was also poorly trained in how to handle customers correctly. Empty parking lot and drive thru and waited 30+ min for food, I had to speak with the manager twice for the delay only to find out our order was put in late because of delay inside the building that wasn't told to anybody or even apologized for. BETTER TRAINING FOR THE STAFF on how to handle situations like these appropriately

I visit Sonic restaurants very frequently as they are my favorite chain. This is one of the worst I've ever visited and I've given them more than one chance to prove they can do their job right. I recommend the one on McHenry. So far at this one: They screwed up a few of my shakes, some given to me mostly melted or half melted,with the wrong toppings, made my burger upside down of all things!!!! They randomly toss mints in your bag. Not even giving the right amount for each meal. They can't seem to follow orders either. 7/10 times they've gotten my order wrong.
