Service is nice but the food sucks. The taco meat is super greasy and makes the shell soggy causing it to tear every time. Update 10/16/21: shells have gotten worse. No attempt is made to give you a decent taco shell.

Had problems with ordering via app, told register that I would pay cash for the item, they refused to let me order and pay cash but let the people before and after order the same item. At the same time, an employee caused a scene and stormed out during dinner rush.

I’m not one to complain let alone write bad reviews, but this particular location deserves for other paying customers to know the truth about how the employees that work here including the managers do not value their customers, I’ve had countless times where I’ve been disappointed because they’ve either got my order wrong or just flat out rude when I try to express my situation to the manager when there’s a mess up & they do little to nothing to solve the issue, honestly makes me not want to go back & take my loyalty somewhere else.

This location usually does well but this time we ordered two sides of sour cream and neither of them were even filled up halfway. They could have been put in one cup and still not have filled it up.
