Well I used to really like Carls but the quality of the food here in the mall has gone down hill. Wasn't impressed at all. Sure the food was fast, hot, but the flavor was lacking. The lettuce was warm and soggy , no onions were found on my burger, the bun was smashed like someone stepped on it. Very messy...... disappointed all the way around. ☹️

I have been a good customer and patron of this location for a very long time. I just went in to buy a coffee, yes at 11:20am in Modesto and the woman working at the counter said "No we don't have coffee", when it's right at the drink fountain. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but she was very rude! I will not be going back!

10.99 for combo meal.....eating unhealthy used to be cheap....carls Jr is not gourmet food for cry g out loud. Their burgers were better years ago..not just depressing looking smooshed burgers. I 'll still to healthy eating..at least the price comes w a hotter body

I dined in at this Carl's jr. Location. It was recently remodeled. Has a new modern very clean fill. The staff was semi friendly. The food was quick and tasty for fast food.

They locked their doors at 8:50 I just wanted to get water and use the restroom. If you lock up early put closes 8:50p.not 9:00. Lazy mangement doesn't follow policy.

They have a wonderful staff, everyone is always nice. They're chicken tenders are always really good and fresh. It's a great place for amazing and quick customer service.

Meh, the food was basic and the toppings didnt seem fresh. Average at best for a fast food joint. I'd rather have McDonalds or Wendy's.

Today I went to food Carl's Jr at modesto mall at 3/8/2017 around 1 pm afternoon n spanish employee at register was really rude I was so disappointed y she have argument and I am regular customer buys always from there wish I u had 0 star I will give hope pls carl Jr tell ur employees don't argument with customers we here for to do business with not for arguments thank u
