Mcdonald's

Disappointed in the food. Didn’t check the bag until I got home. The large fry wasn’t filled. And the 10 piece nugget only had nine pieces. The manager was able to resolve the issue for me when I called. I appreciated that. Update: it’s been 3 weeks and the “manager” that said she would resolve the issue, never resolved it. This location definitely deserves its 1 star.

I worked for McDonald’s when I was a kid and so did my son. For the same owner I worked at the one on Yosemite and your McDonald’s on Mitchell Road. The man you have managing your facility is as rude as the employees I just got into to town tried to use my McDonald’s app to get my dollar phrase and the manager said I had already use the code so I gave him a new code and he said that we had already been used as well when I opened up the app in front of him and opened up the code in front of him he said there was nothing he can do about it and I said he was the manager so that’s how he was going to manage the situation and he said yes I asked him what was the point of him being the manager and he laughed and refused to give me and my eight-year-old daughter our food I know this behavior is something that you don’t tolerate is very unpleasant and it’s something that I’ve heard many of times in our meeting

Been to this McDonald's a few times now. They been alright and constant for the most part. Today was the only day they slightly got my order wrong. Asked for extra pickles and both on my mcdoubles. But only one burger had extra pickles. I did order during rush hour, and they where busy. And not it's like they made a mess of the burgers. So I'm not upset.

7:30 pm tonight ordered 2 mc chickens and medium fry $8.50. Through drive through for some fast food and now the food isn't warm. Fries are $4 and they weren't hot they were slumped over and saugy. Both mc chickens had mayonnaise on the outside of the buns( messy) that had to be wiped off, they weren't warm or hot and the lettuce was minimal and not fresh. This stuff had been sitting around for a while. (Not fresh) waisted almost $9. Sticking to coffee only from now on not into paying more and getting less.! 👎👎👎👎

These people can’t handle stress or fast-paced situations. Management is piss poor to say the least. I asked for 2 SAUSAGE, EGG AND CHEESE Biscuits. I got 2 egg and cheese biscuits, and my uncle who ordered the same got two sausage ONLY biscuits. This was not a mistake, this was done maliciously. I hope the entirety of this staff is FIRED and REPLACED with PROFESSIONALS. Only Kari gets any praise from me for remaining poised and professional throughout our transaction. The two managers on morning staff, both male and female, need to be re-trained or let go. Absolutely ridiculous.
