Burger King

First of all couldn't get the order right. Second couldn't swipe the card had to do it twice . My wife ordered a lettuce wrap they don't go it. So they said the would put it in a box (whopper w cheese) didn't give us napkins or a spoon when he offered one at the point. The food was terrible. My kids ordered cheese burgers the pickles were sweet. When I don't remember any other burger king with sweet pickles. The sauce ketchup mustard was dry. Didn't have there game up to par. I like the BK on Oakdale Rd. I will not go again.

Should have expected the food to be as nasty as it was when my feet were sticking to the floor on every step. Yellow cone and bucket of mop water on display for PR purpose only. Ordered double whopper Jr and chicken nuggets. Nuggets were cold and rubbery. I actually watched them pull nuggets from a metal pan that had 20-30 nuggets just sitting there already. Order done very quickly so wouldn't doubt if whopper meat is stored same way as nuggets. It was cold too. Couldn't blame the whopper temp on veggies. Bare minimum on the burger. More ketchup than anything! Nasty! Poor customer service. Just throw in a bag and try to push you out. No ketchup, no nugget sauce, no napkins, no drink. Hello.........meal deal comes with a drink. Receipt prints on left side only so not able to take their survey. Can't improve if can't complete survey. No wonder parking lot was EMPTY. Won't see my car there again. Super Nasty. This BK needs to be replaced with a DEL TACO!!!!!!!!!

We stopped for late lunch around 130pm; Two Cheeseburger kids meals w/coke's, and a Whopper, nothing too rough. Ordering and payment transaction went fine; service was super friendly. 10 minutes later food was finally ready and handed to me with a smile. The food was prepared and served Very nicely and we were Super happy with the whole experience.

Literally the worst burger King ever. They are always out of everything, my orders are always cold. I asked for a triple whopper meal with a sprite, and a whopper meal with a Dr pepper, and instead I got a double whopper with a lemonade, not sprite, and fries instead of cheese tots. Also ended up with a chicken sandwhich and a coke?! They don't even know how to take an order correctly, not to mention they always act privileged and too good to help me. I love burger King but these guys are absolute clowns.

I will no longer be a customer of this location. Drive thru at 6pm on 3/3/23. I ordered meal coupon 4048. First of all I was second in line At 5:45 and not served until 6pm. When I got home they had given me an Impossible Whopper. You guys are losing money on this location. Frankly, I am embarrassed for you. Almost without exception, there is an error on every order. Your staff there is slow and don’t seem to care. Please do something. I live 2 blocks from this location but cannot tolerate the anxiety I experience every time I go there. I will be using a location across town instead.

Drive thru employee at window was neither courteous nor the least bit friendly. Food was hot but they did not put the cheese that I ordered and paid for on sandwich . We were the only car there so there really shouldn't have been a mistake on order.. I recommend checking your food before leaving window..😐

I went through the drive-thru today or at least I tried. I gave my order three times very simple order I would like two sausage biscuits and a number two with no cheese. The lady asked me three times if I wanted no cheese on both of them. She couldn't understand there was two biscuits and then a number two with no cheese. After explaining myself multiple times and her getting mad I drove away without any food horrible horrible customer service

They processed my large order quickly. However, I would have rather they take their time and make the food correctly. None of the food was hot (despite being told they needed to 'drop some meat' for me. Also, there was so little barbeque sauce on the rodeo burgers you could barely see it. Literally, it was like eating a dry burger with onion rings. Very disappointing for all of us . There were no people in line waiting so I really expected better. Between the cold food and the poorly made food, I'm not sure I will go back again.
