Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza at 10:49pm and it was suppose to arrive at 11:20pm. Okay not bad for a Friday night. Well 11:20 came and went, midnight came and still no pizza. So I call back this morning wanting a refund to be refused a refund. The story is that the manager delivered our pizza around 11-11:39pm last night and knocked on the door, got no answer, yet we were sitting in the living room the whole time, and she texted the phone number provided and because I accidentally gave them the wrong phone number she left with our pizza, though it was the right address provided. It was paid for and now I am being told I cannot get a refund but they’ll remake my food and deliver it today. I’m sorry but no, this is completely unacceptable. I spent money last night to get food after the pizza did not show up. I wanted that pizza last night, NOT today. I also like my pizza without hair and spit therefore I don’t want the pizza today. I’m sorry but in the past being a pizza delivery, you don’t get an answer at the door, you leave the pizza at the door. This is completely unacceptable and I still want a refund.

Excellent customer service very nice and very polite and very friendly employees. I ordered the food for our church meeting and everyone enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend this location to family and friends. Very fast service and the place was kept very clean from outside and inside the store. Thank you very much. Keep up the outstanding 👏 job.

The driver was unable to find my address despite the map saying exactly where we are. The store manager required us to pay another driver "gas money" of $5 to deliver our order. When the driver arrived, he refused to provide the pizza until we have him $5. When asked who it was for, he replied "I don't know." I put in a complaint for demanding extra money. The order was correct except for the special instructions to double cut. None of our pizzas were double cut.

I placed my order online and selected the curbside pickup. Upon arrival i went to my email and clicked "I am here" so thaau your employees could bring my order to my car. BTW i could see the monitor that shows customer orders and I saw my name on it with status order ready. So my order had been ready since i arrived. After waiting the 10 minutes I called the restaurant and after hitting option 2 it rang about 15 times with no answer until hung up. I called back several times with no answer. After 15 minutes another vehicle arrived and there order was promptly brought out. At this point I called the employee before he went inside and asked him to bring out my order which he did right away. He told me they were slammed. So they were so slammed that the other customer got there order right away after arriving but i waited over 15 minutes. By the time i got home and ate the food was warm and not hot anymore. By far worst experience ever. Also "ANSWER YOUR PHONES"

Was my favorite! But...The quality of how the food is being cooked has dropped substantially. Not much care is being taken and sadly I gotta keep it real and drop to a two star. It'll be awhile before I order from here. I think a break is needed and we'll see in a few months after ordering from the local competition. Nobody likes dry over cooked late delivery food multiple times. No hard feelings but here's hoping reviews matter
