I dont understand whats going on with this BK its dirty and filthy plus they never can get your order correct. There wait time in drive thru so bad and the menu board is falling apart and you can barely read the menu..... oh yeah, they have a tip cup at the window....

I'm writing this from the drive thru. I've been here waiting for my food for 23 minutes. Still have two cars in front of me. I bought a single burger and fries meal. There were maybe 4 cars when I first came in. The only thing keeping me here is the sunken cost fallacy. I have been here before and they were out of the burger I wanted, which is fine, but 0/2 on this location that's for sure.

Absolutely no customers at 9pm. Ordered two medium sodas, wasn't given a price until I got to the window and then told it was $6.36 and the sodas weren't even ready.
Now I remember why I haven't been to Burger King in years.

Dad had to choose a star to Write how terrible my experience was. My son was hungry so swung in to get some food. Took quite awhile for the drive thru. Since No One was there, you would think it was Fresh! No not the case, three cheeseburgers, how hard is that. All were burnt let Alone cold not fresh.
Told my son do not take a bite of that, went back thru the line, cause you can’t go in. Explained I want my money back because the food was burnt and was not going to eat this F——-I sh—!! I am sorry No refunds! There was no Manager working, Find it hard to believe you let all of these young kids with NO MANAGEMENT!
The worst Experience ever, Never again The Burger King on Oakdale rd, the Absolute worst customer service, Food all burnt and cold. Kids working no help what so ever, lack of something there.

Went on my lunch break, Had to repeat my order at the window and when I go back to work to eat my food. I had gotten old burnt patties and it was cold. I would've gone back to complain but didn't want to waste any more of my lunch break. Don't recommend this location always something wrong when I go here. Gave it a couple chances but not no more.

I tried going thru at 8 pm and was told they were closed, the sign has different hours. If you ask for a manager, they will tell you the manager isn't there, or is on break. If the employees decide they are open, you will wait 20 minutes at least for your cold food that wasn't how you ordered it.

Lady in the cash register sho didn't want to give me her name and said she was the manager handled my food without any gloves on after another employee who was handling my food originally had gloves on and kept changing them after a new bag was being put together. I nicely told the lady that it wasn't correct for her to be handling money as well as handling food if her own employees are wearing gloves when handling peoples food. All she kept saying was that she doesn't wear gloves in her station which I told her I understood but if she needed to handle some else's food she should wear gloves too like everyone else.

THE MANAGER ON SHOFT TODAY AROUND 12:37PM DECIDED TO HANG UP THE PHONE TWICE ON ME WHEN TRYING TO GIVE THE COMPLAINT.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST OR SECOND OR THIRD TIME I HAVE BEEN THE ONLY ONE IN YHE DRIVETHRU AND HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES TO EVEN GET A REPLY FROM THE DRIVE THRU EMPLOYEE WHICH WAS COINCIDENTALLY THE MANAGER.
ILL STAFFED AND ILL MANNERED. I UNDERSTAND BEING UNDERSTAFFED. IVE WORKED TWICE IN FAST FOOD CHAINS THAT HAD ME ILL STAFFED AND OVER WORKED. THATS NO EXCUSE FOR ILL MANNERS.
IM NOT USUALLY ONE TO HAVE A COMPLAINT BUT WHEN ASKED WHAT SIDES THEY DID HAVE SINCE THEY SEEMED TO BE OUT OF ANYTHING SHE REPLIED "fries". to IN which I repeated "is that your only side available" she retorted with " well idk what you mean by sides. idk what you like or want".
1. if I was any part of higher management, she would have been reprimanded swiftly. not to mention no indoor traffic and no exterior traffic and I had to wait for 15-20 minutes. and in order to recieve a response when a hello doesn't work I honked. as that didn't work I proceeded to have to blast my music to get any reply. when called to check to see if I could speak to her manager, she replied as herself and then hung up on me twice once asked who was running drive thru and if I could get the franchise owners number for a better system of handling.
