Fast service at the drive thru was prompt and correct and friendly. we ordered two sausage burritos the food was super hot. I would suggest more fillings to balance the tortilla. But overall I liked it.

My experience could've been much better to be honest.
I can't complain about the food or employees though; those two things are 5 stars in my book!
Corporate Taco Bell moguls, if you see this, look into your human resources department and double check how you treat your hardworking employees.

I don't know what happened but the consistency and quality has gone down. Not sure if they are not communicating but my orders have been incorrect quite a few times now. Things like no ice/ lots of ice, beef instead of steak, no sauce/added lots of sauce, or the big one for me no onions for my child's bean burrito. Epic fail when my kid looks at me in disgust with a mouth full of onions like I asked for extra. Today got breakfast wrap and I got half egg and half sausage. (Glad I got no sauce thought!) Just quality and consistency work on it guys I'll be back just make an effort! When you come to my job I promise I'll give 100% I just want at least 75% effort.

When I go here I juz order a regular combo so they have the least chance of messin something up honestly. Can't add sour cream here cuz they forget to put it on like every other time. like hey I been there and I worked at taco bell for 4 years. But the people that read the menu and make the food do not know what they are doing. You might get lucky once in a while but they consecutively disappoint me. Maybe rotate the staff and someone might excell in that kitchen. Always have to call in and complain but they will just let the phone ring sometimes. Great drive thru customer service... very nice.

Unprofessional and very late on preparations. I Doordash and know that anyone waiting for food should not wait 30minutes for an online order to be made (post-pickup-time)
I also know that there is only 1or 2 productive/on-time employees at any given moment. Service is expected to be quick, easy, simple; this taco bell does not give that GOOD SERVICE that is required for business and should assess this issue further.
Nobody should wait 30min for a few tacos and a drink...
(not exploiting my customers order, just stating facts)

My experience was great the food was great it was nice hot good and plentiful I didn't take no pictures but it was great I did the drive-through

Friendly staff, clean dinning room with good food. The downfall are peak hours where if you order inside your food take forever to be made because of the drive-thru and if you go to the drive-in thru your still stuck with up to a 30min wait time as if you ordered inside.
