Subway

Useless staff they were 15 minutes late on a online order and while waiting for them to even start making it they just kept serving people walking in, so why offer a app to order from when clearly the staff just ignore you for walk ins. By the time they made our order they only had rye bread left and ran out of pepperoni they gave the last good bread to the que jumpers when I asked for a refund and to cancel the order they apparently can't do that for online orders so everyone save your time don't use the app and find a subway that doesn't have useless staff. This was at 7:20pm they don't close untill 9:00pm so what's with the bread shortage? Cook some more duh!! So Moe store manager if you read this train the staff that were on 27th Oct a bit better please. Pictured is where my $33 ended up thanks subway!

Just came out of subway and am absolutely shocked at the treatment we received from the 2 female staff there. We had a big order and the staff were missing a lot of the ingredients, so we had to make adjustments on the spot. There were no other customers behind us however the staff were rolling their eyes and extremely snappy if I didn’t answer quick enough for their liking. The younger staff member even suggested in a rude tone that we should have done this order online. At the end they were raising their voices at us. When we were finally checking out, I asked for 3 of each flavoured cookies and she grabbed a bunch of random cookies and shoved them in a bag in a huff. Extremely poor service, and do not recommend visiting this store.

Absolutely disgusting service, there were flies all over our food as they were making it, then they put the wrong sauce on our roll and instead of offering to make a new one they tried to scrap the sauce off, so at that point we decided to leave and get something else.... Terrible customer service.....

My bread was falling apart by me not even touching it, the guy who served me was whispering to me and had his head down the whole time, didn’t even change his gloves after touching the POZ screen and continued touching my food straight after. By the end of it he wrapped my sub and dug his fingers in the bread, it was awful to look at and to even want to eat.

Absolutely a joke, 4 staff standing around doing nothing. Was told I’ll be right with you .... mmm Music was so loud I couldn’t hear the staff talking to me and when I suggested turning it down the young girl decided it was easier to just yell at me rather than turn the music down. Then it came to my order - I have been all round Australia and ordered cold chicken in a wrap but no this Subway has decided you cannot have cold cooked chicken what the hell this is a joke so I left as my husband watched them making fun of me on the way out I’ll be sending this to Subway head office as well.. very disappointed.
