Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Attended a company dinner and enjoyed ourselves. We had a party of six and had a Christmas Dinner. I had a Blackberry mint mule to start the dinner. I then had the Philly Cheese steak egg rolls with thai chili sauce which were an excellent appetizer. I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs which were also fall off the bone tender. The bread they offer is also good. It was crowded but not super busy on a Tuesday night around 6-7pm. Average meals are around 30$

Firebirds is always a treat and cool, casual hangout for dinner after a long week at the office. It’s always safe to book on Open Table on the weekends and holidays because it’s a sure fire sellout! Highly recommend Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to anyone coming to Montgomery. My friend and I visited this weekend from South Carolina. The lobster spinach queso, bread, pineapple martini, spinach salad, chicken pasta and creme brulee cheesecake were divine. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was excellent. Big thank you to manager, Joey (also from South Carolina) for taking great care of us!!

We all enjoyed the food and everyone took home some. The salads our host had ordered were large, greatly varied, filling, and delicious. My steak was cooked like I had ordered. Our surprise desserts where large slices of mousse pie. I have no idea what the meal cost, but the five couples shared many ideas, had fun and delicious food. What is better?

Had the opportunity to dine in at Firebirds today, a party of two, and I was very impressed when I first arrived. The young man at the host/seating podium was very professional and courteous, explaining how long our wait would be and asking did we have a preference of seating areas. Our server was awesome (Daeja), she periodically checked on us asking about our needs and making sure we were satisfied. She always approached the table with a smile, the type smile saying I want to give you the best service. And to top it off, the Manager himself came over to see if the food met our expectations, especially our steaks. We were totally impressed and satisfied. We left thankful for our selection of Firebirds as the place to dine today. Our compliments to the cooks as well for the tasty food, and again to the Manager for having a fantastic staff on duty.
