Everything was delicious, although they are short staff, the service was excellent, my food was hot & delicious. The prices are reasonable. I want to say THANK YOU to the waitress, although she was over worked, she was very pleasant & friendly. I left her a nice tip just because she didn't take out her frustration on me. I'll definitely be going back soon!♥️😊🙏

A coworker and I stopped in for a quick bite on Friday, after a work related class in Montgomery. It had been several years since I'd visited this particular restaurant but everything was perfect. We had one of the most remembered and remarkable waiters I've ever had, Charles. He literally lit the place up with his wit. He kept us laughing and kept our items coming. He provided entertainment along side the meal. It also seemed like the regulars knew and loved him as well. The food was excellent, fresh hot, and cooked to the perfect temp. Charles even made some suggestions for the meal I took home to my wife and was spot on about it still being warm when I got home. If you're looking for a decent meal, with an attentive wait staff for lunch in the Montgomery area, look no further than LongHorn.

Okay I'm not going to complain about the food or the sweet boy at the take out register. I am however going to complain about picking up "To Go" orders. I had to wait 20 mins to get my order. There was one gal ahead of me who had already been waiting for sometime on someone to come help her. The people in the kitchen are having way to much fun back there. All you hear is yapping and laughing.I had to finally tell someone that I was there to pick up an order as well as the gal ahead of me. Turns out the order for the gal in front of me was sitting there the whole time. Soon as she went to the kitchen and said something things finally got moving for my order. You see them all scattering and putting bags together. There was two other people behind me waiting to place an order as well. Looks like there's no supervision whatsoever. We get to our semi after a 10 min walk and there's no bread. Plenty of butter for the bread, but no bread! 😡. Online it said "Not as busy as usual". I'd hate to see if they were busy!! I probably would of left. Food was great!! Steaks cooked perfect, asparagus delicious. Service sucks. Those kids need supervision. I can bet this place is losing money. Oh and they gave me 7 packages of utensils for two meals.

Blame Game! Stay away. All the way from Georgia. Horrible food, dismissive General Manager, inexcusable waiter, and rude bartender. Just dissatisfied all the way round. Starting from top to bottom. First seating was long over a hour wait, didn't know you could go online and be added to the waiting list until we got up to ask since noticing people who were coming in after us were been seated. Finally, we were seated, waiter comes over immediately and knowledge us so I'm thinking we're about to get some top notch service. WRONG!!! We meaning my dad and I explained to the waiter that my husband is a big tipper for impeccable service. We knew that there were other people to be waited on but seriously unbelievable! My husband ask could he get some extra napkins, never got, my husband ordered lobster and chowder soup cold told waiter he it took back came back same way. Second times a charm right. WRONG Again! The waiter never brought our food I'm guessing it was a manager. My dad's mash potatoes were cold, my husband and I steak was cooked well done when we ordered medium well. No croutons on salad when asked the waitress said let me check they may be out, she Ghosted me! General manager comes over my husband tells him our issues he says it's not Tony's fault. We mentioned about napkins General manager brought napkins back from the bathroom, never said were, out of napkins please understand or apologize just set on table. Never got my margarita!!! Fast forward waiting on Check noticed discounts appreciative but I would have taken good service and food over all. Before leaving my husband and dad went to the bar to get a drink. They said that the bartender was very rude, my husband said that she took his order went like she was going to fix it but instead started waiting on someone else. My first experience and my last. General manager didn't even come over to atleast apologize for the service but instead that's not Tony's fault, Tony never apologized just only it's the cooks fault and I got super busy with 5 other tables but we were one of your five, manager never came back to let me know about croutons just went M.I.A., and bartender was rude. Overall horrible dining experience.

I would love to continue supporting this franchise however I’ve had multiple problems with payment as far as to go orders go. The money is taken out of my account but somehow my order still fails to be processed in their system. You would think that there was something that they could do for me but upon talking to the staff they are clueless as to what’s going on as well. Now I feel like my money is being played with and I love Texas roadhouse but I love my money more so I will choose other alternatives before I go here again.
