Applebee's

I feel like I have rated every other Applebee's in town but here goes. We came to this location on a Sunday afternoon with our little family and were seated right away. They were maybe at 25% capacity which after COVID is more like 50%. The food came out after a short wait to order and it looked like it had been prepared and sitting under heat lamps. The fries were crispy and stuck together, the chicken tenders were dry, and even my daughter's kraft mac and cheese looked thirsty. Over all the food and service were acceptable but it didn't inspire courage to return any time soon.

The overall experience was okay. Our waiter was a little forgetful, but his customer service was great. Each time we got our drinks they were watered down from sitting so long. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes so that was great. My steak was very tender but it was over seasoned, very salty. I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it came out well done, no biggie. My husband's food was bland and did not have very much sauce in his pasta. The kids seemed to like their food. So for the overall experience it was okay, would this be a regular stop, No.

Brandon F was our waiter. He was very polite and on point with everything. Our drinks stayed full. He even went above and beyond one of our dishes he was bringing out he took back to the kitchen because he noticed the food was more done than he would like to serve so he made them recook it so we didn't get upset. I will go back only if he is our waiter.

Received the chicken Alfredo and it was yellow, over microwaved and all stuck together in one big piece. I sent it back due to the fact that it was inedible. But the waiter we had was very nice and very helpful. I have to give him 5 stars!!! Manager came to talk to me about it and he was very apologetic and also very nice. I have to brag on the waiter tho! He will go places in his life!

Went in with a party of 6. Was told they only have 1 server so it would be too many people for her right then. We said okay no problem can we wait for a group to leave so she isn't pressed. They said sure. They then proceeded to sit 2 tables of 4 on that server then told us again that it would bee too much on the server....
