Panera Bread

The portions are small. The prices are high. The food is not as fresh or what have you as they like to advertise. The service is OK, but nothing to write home about. Drink station often needs a wipe down and to be restocked with items like straws and the like. The general feel I have for the cleanliness is not what it should be for the premium one pays to eat here.

I went at an off-peak time of day, and the soup I ordered looked like it had been sitting too long, but it tasted pretty good despite that. The staff was friendly and came around offering to take away dishes and clean up the area. Panera is one of the few places with actual Vegan menu items, and I eat here pretty often. Never disappointed.

The staff is welcoming, willing to assist and the food is always fresh. If an item of choice is unavailable, other options are suggested to rectify the order. Online ordering is simple and allows the customer to customize selections. I prefer ASAP online ordering to pick up in the store. Join the club and after so many visits delicious rewards are earned.

Great little sandwich shop in downtown Huntsville! Their lunch selections are delicious; just pair it with their brewed ice tea! I had the tuna melt sandwich which was pretty good along with 3 desserts (Lemon cake, brownie and chocolate chip cookie brownie) I just had to try them all! My favorite of the 3 was certainly the brownie.

I had a big group order to go and I decided to order it in person, naming each person on my group list to the cashier, so once they handed me the bags of food none of people names were label or even listed what each item was but one of the workers walked by and I asked them what item was what and they decided to take the time to help me label each item to each person on my group list. The cashier wasn't as helpful but at least their co workers were. The food was okay, so I might come back to do an individual order but I might have second thoughts on doing a group order here again.

My food was great as always, their salads and bakery items are always spot on. This Holiday Bread they're running right now is absolutely stellar. Only issue was my Wife loves the Four Cheese Grilled Cheese, it was burnt around the edges slightly and the top and bottom weren't toasted much at all, not even sure what could cause this. Overall a good experience. Panera is always a go to for me.
