Hardee's

A fast food place is usually chosen for fast service. I ordered during my lunch hour at the drive thru. There were two cars ahead of me. The first car was waiting when I pulled around. 10 minutes later they were given one small sack. The second car sat for 12 more minutes, at which time I pulled around and left as I had 15 minutes left to get something, eat and get back to work. By this time two more cars were backing up to leave. Will not go back again.

I work near by this Hardee's and after the 3rd time of having terrible service, I have had enough. Getting breakfast here is going to take all day (15 mins + for drive thru). Make sure your chicken biscuit is cooked all the way , bc I have had twice where food was under cooked. Lastly, is the constantly being told to pull for while we cook your food, like do you not prepare for the morning rush at all? Plus speed up your service

I just left this store and my experience here was terrible. The guy in the drive thru gave us sprite that apparently was out because it was gross. Then he forgot to give us the extra large fry that we paid for. Had to tell him to give us a straw. Either dude was new and doesn't know what he's doing or he's doing whatever and just there to get paid. All in all I did not like it here. And most likely wont be back. Update: I went back like an idiot on Sept 17, 2017 and i order an extra large fri and a sweet tea from drive through. How about the fries were stale and the tea i ordered had a dead mosquito floating around in it. And the sad part about it all is, Who knows what else that could have also been in that tea that i drank half of while i was on the road. I really hope i don't get sick from eating at this place. I know this place has really bad scores but on this day i was really hungry and I was in a hurry to get to work. And i didnt have time to wait in line at the other places. This was the only place that did not have a long line. I really regret that choice I made today. It will never happen again. And i promise to god on that!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Went In This Morning and Asked for a Bacon platter , and I wanted my eggs scrambled hard in drive thru. Young lady got my order wrong and said sausage platter I restated what I had said and then it was correct. Got to the window girl gets the money. As they are preparing my food I'm looking at my receipt and seeing I was charge for something that comes on the platter which is eggs scrambled at that. So when she comes back she asks "What's Your Order?" And I'm thinking didn't you just ring it up. But I didn't say anything I just said my order and then I questioned her about why was I being charge for eggs when it comes on the platter she said "they charge for scrambled." Now before I went to school for nursing I used to work at hardees and they NEVER CHARGED FOR EGGS FOR SCRAMBLED EGGS EVER! So I just say okay and wait for my food. I get my food and get home to eat it and first on the grits there were big lumps where the grits had not been cooked properly so I spent time getting them out and when I finished I was only left with a little bit of grits not even no where near filling the bowl they give out. So then I move to the Bacon it's cold as of it's been sitting out. I asked the girl for my eggs to be scrambled hard in my order when I went to eat that it was cold and not fresh like I asked and then it was something red like a red dot in the eggs . And lastly, I get to the biscuit and gravy which is what I love Hardees for .when I opened it and stirred the gravy I was immediately disgusted. The gravy was not cooked properly either. It had lumps of where they had not mixed it fully to the consistency of what it need to be. Which is the thick, good gravy that hardees is known for. Also there was not sausage in there and it was cold. The biscuit was the only thing that was decent besides that being cold. And not to mention I don't have a receipt , since the girl at the window failed to give me mine back when I question her about the overcharge so can't even get money back Or anything. If youre in town visiting or stay in the areas DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. IF I could rate THE PLACE & EXPERIENCE a 0 I would cause everything on that platter i had was awful and not made properly to the standard of what the food should be.

Not good. Very bad customer service. Was asked to pull forward after placing and paying for my order.saying my order would be out soon. This was at 7:02 am according to receipt. After watching several cars behind me pull up and get served I am getting perturbed by the second. At 7:12 I put the car in reverse and go back to the window and one of the young ladies realizes I haven't been served and she snaps her hand "like ooh i forgot about you" and says its coming up in a few minutes, so i asked for my money back and she came over to the windiw and said it is ready now... Another young lady offered me something to drink "i said no thank you".at this point she brought the biscuit to the window handed me the bag with no apology whatsoever. I guess the cold hash rounds i did not order was the apology. WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THAT HARDEE'S EVER AGAIN
