Not a bad fastfood joint. My opinion is the food is an afterthought to the ice cream. I really like their fries though and Blizzards are my jam too. Customer service needs work but it's par the course for fast food. This locations drive through is sort of terrible. It's just a couple hard right-angle turns and a speaker box mounted to a brick wall, this makes the flow of traffic crowded.

The girl working the drive through at close tonight was energetic, with an extremely pleasant personality and, a contagious smile. She was tracking orders very well and I could hear her inside ensuring that orders were organized and handed out to the correct people. As a former Zaxby's Assistant Manager, I can honestly say I wish I had staff like her when I as an AM at Zaxby's!

The staff is rude.
They messed up my order and then had the nerves to ask Me did I place my order correctly at the menu board

Ordered 2 banana splits and lady put them in a bag and handed to me. When i got home less than 3 mins away it was banana soup. Whipped cream was swimming on top. It felt like she took them out of the freezer and bagged it. Didn't appear fresh at all

I ordered 2 blizzards for $1.99 a piece that are on sale. I learned to ask what specials do you have. Blizzards were grear.

Well they upgraded the building, so that's a plus. The food however is not as good as it once was. The hamburgers aren't satisfying at all. The French fies aren't good either. The onion rings are good. The ice cream is good, but they give you spoon with no plastic wrapper to eat it with. So bring your own spoon.

Never had to argue with anyone so long that the second window worker had to act so fake and unapologetic when she realized that she didn't pack my onion rings in the bag and she's arguing starting she did multiple times until she went and looked and noticed it was not in the bag.
