Wendy's

This location is pretty darn old. Not the most accessable. That said, I just stopped in and had a great lunch. Grabbed drive thru and the fries were so good they almost didn't make it home. Had the new Big Bacon Burger and it was ugly but good. Wasn't expecting such a good lunch. Fast food is rolling the dice after all. Pleasantly surprised.

Worst experience ever in any food establishment. One of the workers THREW hot cheese fries at me threw the window and burnt me and my son then tried to come out back door and fight me (the people in the kitchen had to hold her!)The manager apologized and said she has trouble controlling her workers (then why is she managing) but wouldn’t give me any numbers to call the gm or cooperate. The worker needs to be addressed and I will be filing a police report.

I wasn't sure what I was hungry for this afternoon. I looked at my restaurant coupons and I clipped one for a double cheeseburger small combo. I asked for light mayonnaise and no ketchup, so I had a slight wait which I didn't mind at all. After I finished my lunch, I asked the beautiful young lady to tell the manager I said the sandwich and fries were perfect. I have been enjoying Wendy's restaurants since 1985 in the San Francisco Bay area where I was stationed on an aircraft carrier. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience this afternoon. I have been told I expect too much from fast food. I thought today's experience was perfect. 05 July 2022.

I love going to Wendy's but tonight they disappointed me. I waited in line for over a half an hour. Once I got to the window they decided to tell me their card machine was not working and I didn't have any cash on me. I can understand being short staffed but to allow someone to wait in line all that time and they new their machine was down is rude

Sadly one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. My husband and I both got seasoned potatoes & honey butter chicken biscuits, but the containers for both of our potatoes were basically empty. The picture attached shows how it looked when we got them. The container is already so small and you can’t even really see that there’s any potatoes in it. There was just a few little pieces at the bottom. Very pathetic and inexcusable. Haven’t even mentioned the sorry excuse of their chicken biscuit. Won’t be returning to this location.
