Burger King

First time I received rock hard hash brown with my combo order. I received a call from store manager with a promise to replace entire order. Today encountered rude cashier didn't say good morning just say drive thru without ask can she help me. I had to say several times to her to say good morning to a customer. I then told her the story. I may got the manager name incorrect. But she didn't question me still. I eat hash browns no salt and didn't received the replacement meal. I'll never go back to this establishment. Re train your staff on customer etiquette. A customer needs to be welcome to establishment. We all have bad days. But professionalism will always keep story's like this one from turning up on a review.

I don't think I'd eat here again. The bathrooms were horrendous and no one cared. The store was full of female cooks that spoke very nicely. Being female and working in a nasty work area says a lot. No initiative! My mom always stated that if the house isn't clean, then nothing else is. With so many 1 star ratings that should be NO star ratings... why haven't BK done anything about the complaints. Are these female convicts?

Rude workers who cannot complete their job. Frequent cursing. Bread stale. It’s sad these people are working with public and add bad service to Montgomery and their co-workers. I stopped in the lobby and Kim the person in charge told me she can’t do the order at counter, has to be drive thru. I told her I can’t go through drive through and she said she can’t help. Couldn’t figure out just to swipe payment at drive thru terminal. I place a mobile order and ask if I can get 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings and she says no, that’s no possible. Completely stupid. I’m just being polite and smiling the whole time. Her and cook are yelling at each other, using God D***it and cursing. Anyone who visits this location would know the training on work attitude, atmosphere and serving customers is waaaayyy off. Wouldn’t advise visiting.

If I could give no stars I would. For one they did not give me my receipt. And why you ask because my food was not right. I work at the hospital so I have limited time to get my food. And was it close to being right uh not even and it was awful. I called spoke to a male manager at 2:10 pm on Monday told him my issues told him exactly what I paid and I just came through. He said you have your receipt and I said no y'all did not give it to me. He said oh well nothing I can do. Ok then we'll you have just lost good customers and I will make sure the people I work with knows of my experience. Good management y'all going on there. Not evening commenting about the rude girl that sounded like something from the Madea movie.

I've been to 2 different Burger Kings. Neither one will give you change back. The worker told me they have a sign on the door. I don't care what they have on the door. It's a RIP off. If your order is $1.25 they keep the 75 cents. These are 2 different franchises. Yet neither one can give change back. I will NOT go to any Burger King ever again.
