Pizza Hut

Friendly Customer Service. However, the pizza that we ordered on the App (while waiting inside) was a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. It was hard, very thin, greasy, & hard to chew. Also, out of the 7 employees that I saw out front; none were wearing face masks, none were wearing hair nets, & only one had gloves on. I love pizza hut, but won't be back. P. S., they also don't offer any discounts for military/Veterans.

Very poor service after waiting 30 minutes was then told there would be another 20 minute wait. I understand short staff but how long does it take to cook a pizza? Poor customer service, employee had an attitude and thought the issue was funny. When she knew of this wait time but still proceeded to take my money. I will not purchase from the Pizza Hut Franchise again I feel my money is not needed and would be better appreciated else where

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered yesterday online for the first time ever at this location! Pickup was 8:55!!! There was 7 cars ahead of me didn’t make it to the window until 9:36 PM. Food was hard, cold and not to mention thin when it should’ve been hand tossed! Pizza was horrible and old! Of course it would be after nearly a hour of waiting. The wings were cold no sauce barely on them. I will never order Pizza Hut again! I have never seen anything like this in my life!

When I walked in one of the employees was sitting on the bench in the inside with her leg up like she was at home on her phone eating . She got up took and took my order. When I placed my order I noticed they workers wasn’t wearing no gloves. I immediately got up and asked for a refund. I told her why I wanted a refund and she told the employee to put on some gloves. He said ok but he still didn’t put on no gloves. That was so Disgusting with or without Covid going on. That’s very unsanitary. I will never go to this location again
