Papa Johns Pizza

The family had a coupon for a free pizza. Ordered a BBQ chicken bacon papadilla also. The food was ready on time and it was good and hot. The customer order phone number was very nice but took a second to communicate what we needed with the coupon. What I would expect from a big chain pizza restaurant when they are doing what they should.

If I could rate a 0 I would. It’s the supervisor /Rep from papa Ask. They were horrible ! The Rep name Rex was going back in fourth with me about my rewards points. He was very rude and the supervisor she didn’t do any better to accommodate me or nothing she only say I’m sorry, I’m sorry for his disrespect. But never will I order from this place again as much of money I spend there and for me to be called a liar and rudeness. No Never again ! Customer Service sucks here ! U might wanna think before joining that rewards papa they cheat there customer to and on top of that Bad customer service ! Thumbs down

The customer service was very bad. The woman up front was rude and when I talked to a female manager she was rude as well. The only reason I am coming back and gave it 5 stars was for a west. He was polite and made sure to listen to my complaint. My wife ordered a extra large and he remade it for us when the other managers said to bad and that it was our fault! West made us feel welcome and I honestly left feeling appreciated. His customer service was impeccable.

Not the best pizza this isn’t better than lil Cesar or hunts . They short you on the toppings of a veggie, the cheese pizza is terrible and neither pizzas has flavor or sauce to taste, oh yeah the cheese sticks are thin . I've had a lot better from Dominos my #1 choice , Marcos and Pizza Hut ! This is why it was my first and last time ordering here. One thing order was ready on time Very nice people at the counter that’s why they got the 2 ⭐️ other than that smh.

We love Papa Johns and I hate to only give 3 stars but the last few times we've order pizza or especially the papadias, the ingredients are lacking. I know the advertising photos make the food look better and full and ours isn't going to look like the photos....but each time I've order the papadias, they are BARE!! Literally just crust and cheese and then sprinkled with the main ingredients. I have had to speak to the manager about this and he even stated that they weren't suppose to look so empty. He made me new ones. But I'm still having the same issues when purchasing. We use to go almost weekly for pizza night but have opted for other restaurants because we are wasting money. Please do better Papa Johns! Then I can change my star rating.
