Wendy's

On 05/26/2022 at 11: 10 I placed an order at the drive thru, I was the only person in line at that moment. After placing the order, the young girl with the blond wig did not ask me to pull up or anything. I pulled up to the window and paid for my food. Another car pulled up behind me. I asked the young lady if I could pay for another lemonade, and she said no. I asked her if I needed to go back thru drive thru to make the order and she said yes. I proceed to do exactly that. I get to the speaker, and I see her handing the food to the car that was originally behind me when i was at the window the first time. this young lady never came to the speaker to take my order. I processed to pull up to the window there was no one in sight. I'm asking you to speak with the staff and reprimand this young lady. It was unprofessional. Disappointed Customer.

Stopped for lunch today. The girl taking the order got it all wrong but I didn't have time to correct it, so I paid for it and left. 5 miles down the road, I bit into my sandwich and there was something horrible in my mouth. It was a roach. In my mouth. From my burger. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Go somewhere else!!

This is by far the best Wendy’s I have ever eaten at. I travel from Kentucky to Alabama stopped at many. The Dave’s single was so tender and juicy the veggies on it were crisp and fresh. The other Wendy’s I’ve eaten at to and from usually dry or over cooked meat. So Kudos to the ENTIRE STAFF at this location for a job well done and great customer service as well

This was the most ghetto Wendy's I have ever experienced!! I went here 1 hour before they closed. As I sat in the line two employees played in the drive thru. I guess they were smoking, dont know. I know they did not want to be bothered. After sitting at the intercom for a couple minutes, someone finally greeted me somewhat....the young lady didnt even say hello. She said "hey, ummmmm all we have is chicken nuggets". So I say ok let me have that. The young lady breathed hard as if I was bothering her and paused. When I said hello, she said "yeah"...I pulled off. I refuse to spend my money with a company that cant even groom there employees to actually care about the service. The staff was unprofessional and clearly didnt care.

This Wendy's Location is Terrible. I Ask for a Large Unsweet Tea, I checked a taste it was sweet. Ask for lemon, none. I had to ask for a spoon for Chili? The Customer Service at this Location is Horrible. The Workers have a real bad attitude. I guess that I'm a sucker for punishment, I went back to this location. The Service was rude. The Cashier Clipped me for a Dollar and I checked by order before I drove off, the fries were not with the order.. Totally Rude....
