5/19/22 me and my wife ordered food here... The junkyard fries had hair in it along with it being cold and stale. The milk shake I ordered was melted and didn't even taste right. The drink we had literally had a bug in it and the rest of the food looked like it was sitting out all day. WE WILL NEVER go back to this location so help me God. And I hope nobody else does either. The heath department needs to inspect this asap.

I get off at approximately @10:45 pm every night stop by krystals order 3 chiks with cheese and junkyard fries when I tell you the food wasn’t well prep bread wet for idk what reason meat half done tasted like rubber hmm the junkyard fries no ranch or jalapeño it’s ridiculous only thing that’s was hitting was the sprite I’m mad ash

Today around 8am I made it to the speaker and proceeded with my order which is a bacon scrambler I asked if she could make it a large drink she told me I was confusing her so I just asked for an sausage biscuit once I got to the window the employee begin laughing saying I was big mad over and over and then gave me a crumbled biscuit and put her middle finger up at me.

Krystal 2805 E South Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36116 Montgomery, Alabama I went to Krystal’s at this Address on November 29th 2021 at 10:00am in the morning. I ordered food for me and my wife. The lady brings out food to the window and we tell her when she gives us the food that it’s food missing and the food is made wrong. She starts telling us in a RUDE way that they’re not able to give us extras because of the shortage they don’t have extras (So we have to take what they give us) and the whole time I’m like MA’AM I just want the right Food and my food that’s missing! The Lady stares at me and the gives me the right food and my missing food with a nasty attitude. These people here have SUPER NASTY ATTITUDES! I WILL NEVER EAT AT KRYSTAL’S AGAIN!!!
