Burger King

I went to burger King for dinner late last night, it took them at least 10 minutes just to take the order at the speaker. When I pulled up to pay for my food, the manager was dancing in the window making the place look like a play area. I do NOT recommend eating here for dinner. I went there for breakfast this morning & thankfully the manager that is always on top of customer service & delivering to customers in a timely manner (less than 5 mins to take my order make it & deliver it) was there. I have a 2 year old & a full time job so my life stays pretty busy. I do recommend this place for breakfast ❤ I love me some burger King ❤

When we came up to place order she said please hold and then kept mumering something we couldn't understand.. we thought she had the mic covered and was say something to someone inside, . She finally had a attitude with us and that's when we realized she was actually speaking to us.. when we pulled threw and she handed us our order and we asked for straws she rolled her eyes at us.. . If this is her every day Attitude she needs to work in the back and not with customers.. . Otherwise being from a town that doesn't have a Burger King. And BK being my favorite burger.. my order /Sandwich was perfect as always. I'd like to add I ordered a sweet tea and received un sweet.. but would not say anything due to her attitude.

Tried to go today. Went inside and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Not one employee bothered to speak to me. I understand being busy and I know there's a labor shortage. I wouldn't have minded waiting but it was very rude to not even been spoken to. Something like, 'I'll be with you in a minute' wouldve been sufficient.

Very bad service. Went there 02/05/22 at 12:50p.m, I was waiting for them to take my order. I was waiting there for like 5 minutes so I went to the main window to see what is going on and the so called “manager” called me ugly.. and told me to go back around. They were laughing and I don’t know if they were laughing because I’m Hispanic or not so then I told them I will be telling there manager because people like them deserve to be fired and they told me they were the manager, afterward I didn’t say nothing else, I just left to another fast food.

They were very rude, I tried to get a egg normous burrito at 10:13 and they very very rude saying that they were out of bacon and that I could only get sausage. I will not be coming back to this Burger King at all, I could barely hear the lady at the speaker because someone was in the background talking loud

Been there twice poor service each time. The gentleman who took my payment didn’t even speak to me and took my credit card out of view in the back. I received my food in about 15 minutes, without my drink and ice cold fries. Pulled around to get my tea and told them about my fries. The lady took my fries…weird, I hope she threw them away but I’m fairly certain I received the same fries again. I won’t return to this BK. However, the chicken sandwich was good.
