Subway

This is a good Subway location which we frequent a lot because it's near home. The people who work here are efficient and patient. Most of the time they are reasonably friendly as well. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. The place is usually try busy around lunch time, but the line moves well.

I've been to some sub-par Subways before. Fortunately, this wasn't one. This Subway was very clean and the staff was working very hard to move the lunch crowd along. I didn't have to wait long on my food and when I did get it, it was prepared to a "T". The staff was friendly, smiling and working very hard. I was very satisfied with this Subway and will choose this Subway again in the future. I'll suggest it and I give this Subway 9 out of 10.

So today I used the app to order a sub from this subway and I go in and to pick it up and it's ready on time but my sub was not fixed the way I ordered it. I didn't get all the toppings I asked for even though they were printed out on the receipt I was given, the store didn't have many customers therefore my sandwich should have been made correctly and the young lady that gave me my sub didn't bother to tell me that they didn't have everything for my sandwich. I have tried this twice at two different subways and got the same service I guess the workers are too lazy or can't read when it comes to the online orders.

Store was clean. Slow night, but still wasn't greeted. I approached to pick up my order and had to wait even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Staff member was friendly, but was preoccupied with something else. I paid and thanked the associate. I will return, cause I am very aware of the times that we live in and the high demands on everyone. We all are trying to do our best. Sometimes you just have a down day.

I ordered through the app, but my 4 foot long subs weren't made until I got there and waited 15mins for them. The app said that I would get to buy 2 & get 1 free & the TV said buy 2 get them all for $5.00 each, but they were all full price. They were Very messy sandwiches. But there were only 2 workers (friendly at that) with lots of customers, so I think they need some help. The taste wasn't too bad though & they were etable.
