Mcdonald's

The self order kiosks didn't work properly upon entering, and the floor felt like they were cleaned with chicken grease. I had several instances of needing to catch my balance on something because I nearly slipped. Didn't help that the manager was loudly berating and employee out of sight. She wasn't any more pleasant up front either with her best being described as cold and unhelpful.

I ordered FRESH chocolate chip cookies and I guess they wouldn’t think I would know the difference by them putting old cookies in the microwave. So I called back and spoke with management, she told me I can come back and get fresh cookies. I came back and they were looking all crazy like they were confused. Then another manager asked me did I have the old cookies. Why of course I do! I felt like they didn’t want to give me the satisfaction guaranteed because why does it matter if I had the old cookies or not, they didn’t tell me this over the phone. They knew I had just left. So they remembered me. They’re just cookies. But I had the old ones and politely gave them back. Guess they thought I was lying. Never will go to this McDonalds again because if something is wrong they require too much to get it fixed.
