Pizza Hut

While I do miss the buffet style large pizza hut restaurants I understand the smaller delivery focused locations. This one is in a rundown strip mall on Atlanta hwy. The Pizza hut was nice though, small and clean. Food was ready quickly. The Dinner box I ordered was a great value but I wish the cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks didn't taste like frozen ready made sides. The Pizza was good though. Enough food for a small family like ours.

I had an awful experience. Pizza cold. You know that's supposed to be correct. Our wing order was left off so we had to wait. The cashier and the supervisor were both dry and rude. So rude in fact, I was about to tell them to keep the pizza. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Update: went one more time and gave them a chance and they even messed up the boneless chicken wings.

I did not receive my order. Within minutes of placing the order, I was told they were out of pepperoni. An hour later I received a second call saying they were out of boxes. I asked for a refund and was told that I could receive store credit. This alleged store credit would be written on a post-it and I would need to redeem it the next day. If you are out of boxes on a Saturday night, I highly doubt it would be in stock on Sunday. I just want my money back.

We call at 4 and are told our order would be ready at 440. We showed up at 442 and there is a handwritten “closed” sign on the door, which they take down as soon as they see us. Mind you, they haven’t even started creating our pizzas yet. We’re then told it’ll be another 10 min. At 504 they ignore us when we try asking them when it will be ready. By the time the pizzas are brought out, the manager Jessica is not making eye contact and is acting flustered that she is getting calls about new orders.. unfortunately once the pizzas are brought out, the thin crust pizza isn’t cooked all the way. Ultimately, not the best experience- they seem a tad overwhelmed here.
