Slow service, but friendly staff and yummy food.

Although employees and manager were polite, the operation seemed somewhat organized. The store wasn't crowded and I waited much too long to get the single sandwich I ordered at lunch time. In addition, after I left I found that I had received the wrong sandwich! I was late getting back to work and had no choice but to eat it or be hungry. I didn't have time to deal with the problem, it was time to get to work.

Getting order was slow due to change over of breakfast to lunch. However, we got fresh food. My husband said they were the best tenders he had at Hardees. They even gave us a free Sweet Potato pie as we were about to leave.

Super nice guy at the counter super nice guy cooking the fries but the extremely slow girl making our sandwiches with a sour look on her face and an attitude.
If I was the manager I’d fire her immediately.
She was asked to make a shake too and with an attitude she said I’m not making no shakes.
When I got my hot ham and cheese there was so little ham that I couldn’t even tell it was on there.
We were the 2nd of 2 customers and it took forever to get our food

If you want quick service, especially breakfast don't go here. Menus are never switched over and they always pull you up in the morning. I sat there 13 minutes just waiting. Literally every time I go here in the morning, I get pulled up! Stop asking me to pull up especially if no one is behind me.

You might as take your own grill into their parking lot and make your own burger,fries, & chicken. It takes forever to get your damn food. If work and wanna stop by here for lunch, don’t. You’ll lose your lunch time by the time they walk out with your order

Took over 25 minutes to get food when we were the only patrons. After we hot some of our order it still took additional time to receive the food for our kids. Most of the drinks were out of syrup and one of my ham and cheese sandwiches only had 2 slices of very thin ham. I will be calling the DM to let him know he has problems at this location.

20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and hash rounds. I saw 5 people in the back but only one person was putting orders together. One person at the register, 2 people taking drive through orders. It got to where a drive through person went to the back to help put together orders. The frier was buzzing for at least 8 minutes before anyone went to pull the hash rounds. Very disappointing visit.
