Burger King

I ordered the new whopper melt. Paid $9.28 2 pieces of meat and cheese. The bun was cold and plain. I called back the guy that answered the phone said “we out caramelized onions” I told him they should tell customers and not charge the for the upgraded burger. His response was Hummm! The first pic what I order the second is what I got!!!🤬

I come here every time but today I ordered a whopper combo, the burger had no pickles or mayo ! Very Upset that whoever made this burger cared less about customers. No one have freaking time to go back and forth, this are the reason why customers don’t come back because this is not what we pay for and yet we have to drive back to give them this burgers and wait another couple of minutes for the other burger and all they do is say “ I’m sorry bout dat “ !!

I went to get 2 Bacon King meals today. When I arrived at home I only had one Burger in the bag. I immediately called but the call went straight to voicemail. I left a message and after 2 hours didn't get a call back. This place has the worst customer service. It's the second time I'm unhappy and I promise, I spread the word!!! Never received a call back. Shame on you Burger King Management for such a poor CS

Extremely rude staff. Sat as the only car in the order line for 20mins, had to re state my order at the pick up window. Didn't even receive half of my order. They continued to argue me down because they refused to correct the situation or even issue a receipt. What I did receive was completely wrong and the fries are not even cooked fully soggy and still half frozen.

The lady who took the order spoke where you couldn't understand her. When she gave me my total I heard something completely different from what she said. I gave her the amount that I heard and she kind of got a attitude with me. Than she told me the told again and she was still low so I misunderstood again. When it was time to give me my change back. She gave me incorrect change. I informed her of the mistake than she got another attitude with me. We went back and forward about the change about four times. Than she told me I'm just foing to give you this money so that you can go ahead and leave. I feel like she was very rude to me.

10/9/19 Has been here awhile now and eventhough it's still pretty clean the food quality has fallen. Soggy tomatoes and lettuce, which means it was from yesterday or the day before that. The buns aren't as fresh and soft as they used to be. Actually all the burger kings has the bun problem nowadays. I put a picture up so you can see these 2 or 3 days old tomatoes that are 10 minutes from being ROTTEN. New. Fast service. Always clean on the inside
