your ordering process is unacceptable. We did not receive an order confirmation, called the restaurant and the person who answered could barely communicate with us, called Qmenu and first got no answer, then were disconnected, then they could not even cancel our order, we had to cancel through our credit card.

Terrible customer service. When you call and make an order on the phone, whoever answers the phone is so rude and has zero value for customers. Each time i call to order food for delivery, she is so rude on the phone. I also told the person on the phone that I had a coupon which i cut off their menu paper and she told me i couldn't use it because i gave her my credit card info before telling her i had a coupon so i can't use the coupon. What nonsense. I do not recommend this place unless you like a Chinese place that yells at you and won't even honor their coupons when you order food for delivery. Food is okay, nothing special.

This restaurant is great for take-out! They serve amazing food like wonton and egg drop soup, spring roll, and curry chicken. I like all of them! and they are not expensive but really tasty!! I always got my meal in 5 minutes after I put the order. If you hate waiting and are interested in delicious Chinese food, please come to this restaurant and I promise you will not regret.

Got a uber eats giftcard so decided to try somewhere new. I'm not a picky eater but when it comes to Chinese specifically, I know what I like and not all are created equal but Hunan was right on the money. I'm in Franklin Park and the delivery was not only quicker than expected but all the food was still nice and hot upon arrival. I ordered curry chicken, house special lomein, chicken lomein, fried wontons and scallion pancakes and all were delicious and fresh. I specifically asked they make the curry chicken very hot/spicy(I have a high heat and spice tolerance) and they weren't shy with the chilis, which is exactly what I wanted. They also were great about the contactless delivery and texted me upon arrival. I'm glad I found a new, local Chinese spot and I'm looking forward to trying some other menu items next time.
