Whataburger

Attempted a dine and asked the lazy server for an extra ketchup she told me that she would be right back with it. Then I watch her go outside and just sit back and talk to someone in their car. She comes back glances at me and starts yapping away with employees while they work and she watched. Then today at the drive through, 2 🌈 cadets are standing there taking orders. I clearly stated cheeseburger and a side of ranch. I made a political joke about snowflakes, so then at the drive through yet another 🌈 cadet gives my order to me thus forgetting the cheese and side of ranch. Bottom line never hire a 🌈AG or depend on them for anything!!

Come here pretty much every night at 3-4am for my lunch break and I’m always greeted by name, by the friendliest employees and best service imaginable. Food is always as ordered and delicious. Charles, Jeff, and the crew always put a smile on my face when I roll through! Keep up the great work guys you’re really giving your customers your all, and your dedication and hard work is very much appreciated!

After having my order not properly made in the morning so many times I had to say something. There is always something missing from my orders, wether it’s the egg in my sandwich or hash browns missing from my meal something is always missing. I’ve even had a completely different order given to me and didn’t realize it until I opened my bag at work. Today was no different, I was hoping by ordering from the app long before I would arrive that maybe my order would be prepared properly. I was wrong, I was missing an extra sausage patty from my sandwich and I even spoke to one of the workers about my order before I received it. I’ve never complained about any of the countless wrong orders I’ve received in the past but enough is enough. I love Whataburger but the service in the morning just isn’t good

I'm revising my review as the few people that used to work here and really cared no longer do and that shows. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my breakfast this morning and no one was ahead of me. See pictures for the lack of attention to food appearance. The inside of my taquito was literally a hard ball of food in the center of my tortilla. Sweet tea is still smooth so that was the only plus to this meal.

The staff consistently preform a great job. The fast food business is difficult and the staff of this location does the best job possible. Today, I witnessed a “grown person” curse out a staff member because of short delay with her food.. The staff member stayed professional and kind. It sucks that people consistently act like Karen’s or Brandon’s..

It's what to expect from a whataburger. Though could be cleaner. That one custodian about 7 years ago was outstanding and kept that place cleaner than a hospital. It makes a big difference when you see a restaurant pay so much attention to cleanliness. That custodian was really awesome, I'm sure he is somewhere right now being outstanding.

This Whataburger needs a lot of improvement in all areas. Inside is always dirty. Drink dispensing area is dirty and sticky. Tables are never clean. Today's order was a replacement order for an order they messed up two weeks ago. Guess what they didn't get it right today either. Spicy chicken sandwich was supposed to be dry had mayo, lettuce and tomato on it. Chicken strip basket didn't have a cup of gravy.

Ever since they where bout out their service has went down completely, soggy fried 9/10, I once ordered 3 chicken strip with gravy and they forgot the gravy on all three orders so I got strips and soggy fries for my family. Roll your dice if you choose but their quality overall is disappointing compared to what they once where.
