Papa's On The Lake

Papa on Lake Conroe with its prime location, has been around for a long time. The views are second to none. A large menu compliments a good selection of beer. Papas ranks consistently high on Google. This bar is very popular with boaters during the summer-time rush. In addition to a large parking lot, Papas has lots of dock space. Nice place to have a good time.

Our waitress was very nice and took great care of us. I came with a group of 4 to watch the end of the NFC Championship, and my only complaint is that there was no music and the game sound wasn't on, so it felt awkward rather than inviting. The views are gorgeous. I would just recommend working on the atmosphere

What a very cool and very laid-back place I love the atmosphere the food was good for the right price nothing fancy nothing pretentious just good quality food with a good atmosphere the kids enjoyed it I enjoyed it the service was good.the chicken fingers were delicious the wings were perfectly sized and seasoned the onion rings were awesome the beer was cold and the shots were poured just right. Thank u Shea I appreciate all your help. how about some more umbrellas and fans out in the patio area once the patio was full you were forced to sit in the sun and it was getting kind of hot. I don't mind the first come first serve basis when it comes to the tables but the servers were kind of running around. To the owner when you can afford it upgrade those plastic chairs and tables.

The atmosphere was great. Nice and relaxing. The only issue is that its a seat yourself place ( my husband and I aren't huge fans of a seat yourself restaurant) . My husband and I sat down at a table and no one came over to greet us or take our order. A group came in and sat at the 2 tables next to us and someone immediately came up to them (this is why we aren'thuge fans of seat yourself places). So seeing this we decided to move to another table across the dining area. Server was basically ready and waiting for us. She was a wonderful server, I unfortunately don't remember her name. All in all experience was great.
