Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

On 3-16-2022 I made the mistake of making another online order with this particular Popeye's . If you have 30 minutes to kill just pull in here and order It's always, we don't have that but it will be 2-3 minutes just pull up over there. 25 minutes later here comes your order and it's usually wrong or something is left out. On this day, I ordered the 2 can dine chicken on line. When I arrive. We only have legs and thighs. The fries will be a few minutes. Just pull up past the trash can. here we go again. 20 minutes later I pull back around to the drive thru window and wait 3 more minutes for them to see me. Then she doesn't apologize for the wait or inconvenience just hands me my order. I get home and they have lined the bottom of the box with my fries and placed the greasy chicken on them. The fries were like a soaked paper towel with grease. I also ordered the shrimp and it would not let me complete the order unless I added my condiments, which I chose cocktail sauce. It didn't matter, they didn't put it in the bag anyway. The past 3 visits here have been the same and I didn't complain. This time, I had to. This place needs some management.

The two stars are for the customer service. The people working the window have been very nice. I used to love coming to this location. It used to be very good. The food quality has really gone downhill. I gave it another shot yesterday after a horrible experience a few months ago, and it didn't get any better. My chicken sandwich was soggy and full of tendon like tissue. The fries tasted awful and were very cold. With the wait I experienced, I expected it to be much more fresh. I'm not sure what has changed, but I wish it would go back to the standards they previously had.

went the other night and got a 15 piece meal with 2 large sides. Took 20+ minutes to get the chicken and they were out of the large side containers. So their answer is 2 small side containers to equal 1 large side. They didn't even fill them up. SOOOO NOT worth the money. #3 worst experience at Popeyes that I have had behind Canal street in NO and SW Houston when the store was robbed at gunpoint. Not their fault but still. The lake conroe 105 location was not professional and the woman that I asked about the sides didn't care about customer service. She was wearing a different color shirt so I assume she was a manager. Will NOT return here. Had multiple bad experiences here but this was the last one. Will drive the extra 20 minutes to churches in Conroe for chicken from now on.
