Starbucks

I was made to feel like I was bothering them. I wasn’t greeted with a hello or welcome or even acknowledged. The young woman that took my order said “I’ll take your order super quick “ . That’s all she said. No hello, no thank you, not even a hint of a smile. I get things are crazy. But common courtesy? General customer service? I didn’t demand anything, there was no one else in line in the store. There is always a line in drive thru- would I have gotten a better level of service if I had done that???

Wanted. To share really bad experience with customer service today! ordered coffee and egg bites which they forgot to give me I had to come back for it and they kept sending me from one place to another not even knowing that I ordered them they were very rude and not friendly I will definitely try to avoid this location !very disappointing. We go to Starbucks to have have a wonderful coffee and start our mornings great so the customer service should definitely improve to provide us just that!

I love Starbucks ❤️ but today was the worst customer service experienced I’ve ever had anywhere! I pre order via mobile so my drink can be ready and it was but for the second time this place forgot my cinnamon and that’s okay but when I ask for a new one she asked for mine so she can add cinnamon to it I said no because that is not sanitary I already drank from it that’s how I know she didn’t add cinnamon it concerns that she was even willing to do that but anyway when I got my drink I took a sip and choked almost crashed my truck 🥵😫😭 this barista was so mad that they forgot to add cinnamon to my first order that she dumped cinnamon on my second shame on you barista!

They are so rude at this location. When you mess up someone’s drink you can’t blame the customer for your mistake. I don’t blame the cashier because she was training but the barista making my order told me I have to be specific with what size I wanted. WHICH I WAS! The order was repeated twice to the cashier and she even repeated it back to me and had it right. Maybe if they weren’t rushing to make so many drive thru orders they can get the walk in orders right.

The staff at this Starbucks is the best I've ever had with a Starbucks. It's not just 1 employee, ALL the employees here are wonderful. Always polite, friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your drinks. I can't say enough about this place. I drive 20 mins everyday to get my coffee from them bc they are that good! Love love love this starbucks!
