Taco Bell

I have honestly not gone myself to this Taco Bell based on reviews. However based on my DoorDash delivery tonight when I was in a bind for dinner, I will! Everything was so fresh and exactly as ordered! I expected my sons hard taco to be soft and eh as it is normally when you get Taco Bell to go. I was wrong! It was crispy and perfect. My children are now asking if they can have Taco Bell next week. Kudos to the management and staff that got our order out correctly via DD and as fresh as if we dined in. Drive thru next time :-)

The quality of Taco Bell food in general seems to have declined. I had a crunch wrap that had zero crunch and I had to look for the meat. The burrito supreme also had very little meat and just... wasn't very good. They also forgot the Doritos loco taco supreme we ordered (and paid for) but as everything was in one big bag, (we had 40.00 worth of food) it was hard to check through it, especially since we were in the drive thru. I remember when taco Bell was good. The employees were polite, no complaints about that, but the food was meh.

We placed an order thru Uber eats We got the notification saying it was accepted and that it was ready. The driver gets there and has to call us because whoever the guy working there tonight said they never got the order and it was never accepted. I called taco bell. 10 minutes of calling and calling and calling and someone kept a picking up the phone and hanging up. He told me the same thing and blamed it on DOOR DASH. Once we said Uber eats he said "yeah them too." Then told us to cancel our order for a refund. We called Uber eats and they said to give us the refund they have to talk to Taco bell. Again taco bell doesn't answer their phone. So we lost our money and got no food. How is it Uber eats fault when taco bell gets their orders immediately and it was accepted to this location and was told to get picked up at this location. And you never got the order???

Drove by late last night and it was 10 minutes before they closed and when I got to the drive-thru they said they were closed. I told them I thought they were supposed to be open for another 10 minutes and they said "they're out of stuff." I asked what that means and they said they literally sold everything lol. A major franchise like Taco Bell somehow managed to sell all their food at this location?? I'm noticing this to be a trend in the area where if you go there late at night and they want to get out early, they'll either say they're short staffed or they're out of food which is ridiculous.

Had a craving for Taco Bell after work on Saturday. Left work at 5pm and went to Douglas Rd Montgomery, IL location. Arrived at 5:10pm to find the doors locked, but employees standing behind the counter socializing. Very disappointed. I don't care for drive-thru, as I like to survey the cleanliness of a restaurant before I decide to eat there. Oh well. I don't really like Subway, but at least they're OPEN!!!
