Burger King

The onion rings were cold. Update: brought my granddaughter, we both ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich(usually good) asked for extra pickles and extra sauce. I received the customary 2 pickles and a pickle nub. Hardly any sauce, ditto for my grand daughter. Oh the jalapeno poppers turned out to be jalepeno poopers.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Hopefully, the store manager sees this and makes the necessary changes. The employees here are completely incompetent. I have never ordered from this location and received a HOT meal that was CORRECT.  Every time I order an impossible whopper with cheese, it is completely cold. The bread is hard, they don't heat the plant based patty all the way through, they slap on a piece of cheese, and don't even allow it to melt. JUST BECAUSE IT'S PLANT BASED DOESNT MEAN WE WANT IT COLD. I stupidly returned to this location a few minutes ago today. Again, I ordered my impossible whopper, again its cold ....the employees were even asked to reheat it as they screwed up my boyfriend's order and he had to go back in to have it corrected. They gave him attitude and acting like he was bothering them, as if the situation wasn't their fault. Terrible food quality with even worse customer service. I am currently trying to reheat and salvage this pathetic food. Fries are cold, nuggets are cold, burger are cold. Mcdonalds would never. As a matter of fact, McDonald's is across the street, and while they don't have impossible whoppers, I'll gladly give them my business instead. Oh, and McDonald's sauces are free 😜

Entered the restaurant, and there was another customer already waiting there. Employees were moving very slowly, and did not greet either of us despite seeing us and making eye contact. We spent ten minutes watching several employees walk around slowly as if nobody was waiting, while others stood around watching us wait and left. The person in front of me expressed discontent that he was waiting for a long time with no help as well. Wasted an entire break waiting for no service or greeting and left without getting anything.
