Service was great👍 Fettuccine carbonara was good but extremely oily, I mean, a lot. I had the grease taste after eating it, for few hours👎. Chicken fingers and French fries are good 👍. Philly cheese steak was good, better than the one we had ate in Philadelphia 👍 I suggest, to drain all the oil from the bacon before adding it to the pasta👍

Eat here if you want delicious pizza! We were drawn to Francesca's by the photos of unique pizzas they have. The staff helped us recreate two of those pies without hesitation. They called one a "Farm Fresh" pie and the other a dessert pie. Highly recommend both, even though they aren't on the menu. Hopefully they'll add them soon! If we're ever in the area again, we will most definitely be coming back here.

For Your Confusing On what Hot Medium And Mild is. Mild Is The Heat Level Of The Hot Sauce Does not Make Them BBQ flavor, If you do not have a different heat level for the wing should be explained when ordering, not make up your own flavor and say (YEAH NAILED IT SEND IT!!!!) and not be nasty and say that we ordered wrong. Not once did you apologize not once did you try and fix the problem, but yet you get nasty and tell us that we ordered wrong, your words " you said it wrong" when we order mild buffalo wings..... Owner needs to relook at how they talk to customer's and handle a problem. Very unprofessional. Never ordering from here again and strongly suggest others to do the same.

This place really has teenagers at best running the place. They tell you a half an hour on the phone. You get there then they say it’s going to be five more minutes. Literally walk back up there and then it’s 20 minutes. Food is nothing special they could significantly improve their accuracy. Not really into entertaining the COVID excuses. I’ve wasted more time standing outside this place. Not the place it used to be.
