Falafel St. Jacques

I often pass by them on my way to work or to home. So, I'm coming in for the second time, but I don't think I'll ever visit after ... Two prices are displayed: (1) the ones that are seen in combination with the already sorted dishes - for example, if it's choose pita + falafel + salads that would be $8, and (2) the rest of the products that are priceless - exactly, it reads well - they have no displayed price - neither the products on the shelves, either the imported ones, or the ones prepared on the spot, nor the biscuits, etc. My order was 12 falafels, a box of biscuits and two containers of humus, only a small one and a medium one - initially they told me that they are different, but at home I find them identical ... I was a little surprised by the high price. In conclusion, either you buy from them what is displayed at a price, or you will have the feeling that you have been lied to.

We were in the area and decided to give it a try after numerous recommendations from friends. We ordered the hummus falafel plate which consisted of falafel balls drizzled in tahini sauce and harissa sauce embedded in hummus accompanied by a Mediterranean garden salad and red/green cabbage slaws as well as three house salads and homemade baked pita. The prepared salads we tried were: sweet brussel sprouts, mint cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushrooms, potato, Thaï eggplant, and spiced cauliflowers. Everything was delicious and flavorful. It is the best Middle-Eastern vegetarian cuisine. A hidden gem if you are in the Ville Saint-Pierre area.
