UPDATE Oct 2021 I'm upgrading my rating because: 1. A manager contacted me to get information and avoid future similar problems (and this means a LOT to me) 2. It was the first time it happened and I often eat those tasty burgers Thank you caring about your customers! ---- Waited 38 minutes for 1 cheeseburger. 3 (larger) orders placed AFTER me were served BEFORE me... (We were 8 waiting) They got into an argument with a Uber driver, another crazy lady was giving them problems about something else... I didn't wanted to add to the mix. Terrible experience. Probably new staff. The person taking the order was lovely but that's it. I'll never go to that 5Guys again. The one near the Old Port is way better.

Yesterday I went to Five guys for the first time with HIGH expectations and unfortunately I was very disappointed not with the service but the burgers, no taste not seasoned. If you take all the veggies the burger taste like raw meat as a black person the food made me depressed. So if you're black and love seasoning your food this not for you. Sorry never coming back again. The fries are good, too salty but good and the hot dog was ok nothing special. Too expensive. 2/10.

The food was tasty, but their takeout packaging or system is not optimal. My food was leaking all over when I got it so it was probably sitting there too long, even though I arrived at the “suggested pickup time” as per doordash. My burger was soggy and falling apart, but I must say the flavour was still good.

This is hamburger heaven ! The burgers are tasty, the meat is real and the variety of the toppings is great. Go for the small fries since the portions are huge, probably the best burgers I've had in Montreal. I liked that they use local supplies, so the fries were made with Canadian potatoes. The customer service was friendly and fast .. now I gotta try the hotdogs, particularly the kosher hotdog with bacon... right ?

Really great burgers ! One of the best fast food places out there in my opinion. I had heard so many good things about five guys in the past, and this was my first time here and I now get the hype. It tastes just like a real good burger. The fries are also great. They even give our free peanuts which is awesome ! I was very pleased with my experience there to say the least.
