My first meal in Montreal - outstanding. The staff were lovely, the drinks were delicious (they recommended a ‘pale ale’ equivalent which turned out to be an IPA with grapefruit- don’t recall the name) and both dinners made my taste buds explode in the best possible way. The steak and brussel sprouts meal was amazing, the best brussel sprouts I’ve ever tasted and this was my first time trying jerked chicken and now I’m hooked. Thanks for a wonderful first night in my new temporary home!

By far one of the best pubs in the city. Great staff, cozy atmosphere, and always a fun time. Whether you’re there for brunch or evening drinks and grub, the cocktails and food items are consistently delicious, AND great value for the beautiful presentation and quality. I’ve been here a number of times since discovering it a few months back, and I’ll continue to introduce this pub to people I know. They also serve a great English breakfast, which is reason enough to warrant repeat visits. (Always too excited to dig in before getting the chance to take a pic!)

A decent pub. Good selection of cocktails (I had Hemingway, was not my favorite, but drinkable), some beers. Food looked ok as well. What I liked was that they had a bit secluded from a busy street terrace that wasn’t too busy. If you are more into hassle, then there were also two table on the street itself or bunch of space inside.
