Had a great experience server was super friendly great service and staff is really nice. The portions were bigger than expected they give good portion& overall had a good time. Food was decent wine good overall I recommend this place very nice for apero with friends 👆

Intimate, comfortable and inviting dining room around a great bar in the Mile End area. We discovered it in a Food & Wine article and it exceeded expectations. We sat at the bar to sit close and enjoy the action. The small plates weren't so small -- we over ordered and enjoyed left overs the next day. Very fairly priced and super well prepared, and I'm in the industry. The bartender was extremely helpful as he watched us pathetic Americans feverishly consulting Google Translate on a few basic ingredients. They were very sensitive to my partner's fish and seafood allergy as well. Outstanding experience.

Good food, great atmosphere, but service sub par. Ordered a few wine glasses and all were filled up at least 1cm below the serving line. Wine selection by the glass was slim. Overall a bit underwhelmed but the experience could have been great with a more generous service.

Trendy tapas restaurant coupled with a good selection of wine. A lot of the tapas are charcouterie stuff with good selection of cured meats and cheeses. Service is friendly and capable. It is quite loud however and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it as a place to come for intimate discussion.

We love coming to Buvette Chez Simone,for the atmosphere,the quaint terrace, and the different menu. However, recently we've noticed that their portions keep shrinking. I've included a photo of what we were served a couple of nights ago. This used to be a portion of 2 choices,now it's for 4 choices. I'm not sure why, but I think to keep regular customers going, you need to be consistent. Still, a great place with a great atmosphere for a couple's night out.
