If you’re a meat and potatoes type gal or guy, this is not your spot. If you’re not adventurous, this is not your spot. If you’re not into trying unique and delicious ways of food being brought together in a way that resembles the cast of Infinity Wars, this is not your spot. If you like amazing food, incredible pairings, focused service that competes with most Michelin star restaurants, then this is your SPOT. Sadly, the food was so amazing that I did not pause long enough to take photos. They accommodated a gluten issue and adjusted for it - incredible that they ask before they start if anyone has any allergies, and then they adjust. They’re not pretentious like most Michelin star restaurants who won’t adjust what’s in their food. I truly enjoyed this experience, unique flavors - all delicious. I am already planning when I will go back. UPDATE: Even better the second time. Photos attached. Sriracha martini was amazing!

I was expecting a lot from this restaurant. I was disappointed however not by thr service, but by the food, and the course evolution. We had the 7 course meal, which apparently didn't include the lobster dish featured on the 5 course meal which we were looking for. Then, we had sort of. Breakfast toast with egg dish as 3rd dish. Very good for a brunch, but not at this cuisine level and day time. Pasta were nice, but given the quality of what can be found today in most restautants, it seemed like a bit amateurish. Had the cebaste fish with cumin/yoghurt/tamarind. For me, the flavors did not make sense (too sweet for one), but most importantly, the fish was undercooked and cold in the middle - althought the crust was beautiful. The duck dish was nice - perfectly cooked. However, the dressing was bland, except for the rhubarb which was way too strong and disturbed the fat balance. Dessert was good. Overall - disappointed and will probably not come back. 3 stars is generous given the league its playing in.

This was truly a special experience, such a unique concept, great ambiance, really comfortable, inspires connection and conversation. Everything we ate was outstanding, and knowing it is all local and fresh just makes the whole thing even better. We would absolutely come back, its one of our favorites.

Love this place. Their ingredients are always fresh, their menu changes regularly, they don’t have a typical menu. They have a board with ingredients and if you don’t like an ingredient on the menu, you let them know and they will make sure not to include it. It’s a tasting menu either 5 or 7 courses. You definitely need a reservation as this restaurant is very small. These guys know what they’re doing

We loved sitting at the “bar du chef”. The service was great and the ambiance was really nice too. The one downside i found was that the portions were quite small (we had the tasting menu at $75 which included 7 services). Everything shown here was to share between 2 people... we will definitely go back, but perhaps eat a bit before.
