Great food! Best vegan options so far in Montreal - really great burger! Brisket sandwich was awesome. But 5 stars would not come before trying the unbelievable chocolate tart - the only issue is that they don’t offer the full pie on the plate, just single slices… I could have it! Staff is friendly and service overall great! 🔥🥰

May I strongly suggest making a reservation to avoid disappointment. Luckily for me, I was able to sit at the bar (though a bit uncomfortable because there’s no leg room). Overall, delighted I was not turned away. Everything on the menu looks delicious so it was very hard to decide what to order I ended up with three tacos. And kimchi sweet potato fries ☺️ Atmosphere, decor, music - excellent. My server was Zoe - excellent but I could tell the restaurant is short staffed. I definitely plan to come back. I hear their risotto is delicious 😋

Seriously amazing food and ALL VEGAN. It’s so classy gorgeous and fancy and just the most delicious food! I got the Summer Bowl, which was such a good portion. It was a little too vinegary for me, so next time I would get it with less dressing. I also got the “calamari” made with hearts of palm it it was a amazing. So light and perfect texture. I got the Botaniste cocktail, which was so nice and fresh. Tasted like cucumber juice with a zing. I also had a nibble of my partner’s mushroom burger, which tasted really good like a classic burger taste, and I had a bite of my mom’s Cesar salad which was also good! For dessert I got the brownie. It was crispy on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside. It was amazing. Not too heavy either. I also had a soy cappuccino, which was a bit strong for me, and I’m someone who loves strong coffee, but it was still good! I will definitely be going back again and again!

Lov exceeded my expectations! Our server was so kind and patient as my mom and I had questions about the menu. We ordered a variety of appetizers and main courses to share. The king oyster scallops, dumplings, fish and chips, coconut curry, and creme brûlée were all excellent! We could not stop raving about them! We also got two white wines to start which were lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to come back again next time I’m in Montreal!!

We had a reservation at 10:30am for brunch on July 17th. The experience walking in was already a disappointment compared to being here 4 years ago. I was last here on a girls trip and had an amazing time so I wanted to bring my family (it was their first time in Canada). The LOV picture wall was withered and not maintained. There was no one to help us at the front. We were wondering if the restaurant was even open. Everyone was at the bar and the whole place was dimly lit. Ryan, our server finally came and seated us and we requested a table at the back where there was more light. Unfortunately this table was not very clean. There were crumbs all over the seat and it was dirty with stains. I gave some stars because our servers were attentive and checked on us and made sure we had our water. The food aesthetically looked good. lThe sweet waffles tasted great, however the tofu Benedict was overly salted. There was also a lack of AC or ventilation so we were left sweating by the end of our meal.

Very much enjoyed my visit again to LOV but to another location. My drink called "Leaf" was out of this world. Looking at all the ingredients, I thought it would be overwhelming. But the Kombucha, Mint, Turmeric, and Sugar Cane was all in the right proportions. My dinner of choices of a small green salad, a side order of poutine, and a crispy mushroom burger was wonderful. However, next time, I will forego the poutine. Our server was new, but was so attentive and kind. We closed the place down, yet they were wonderful and lovely. You can never go wrong with this restaurant chain. I look forward to seeing a varied and larger menu next time!
