Great place to go for brunch if you want something different than the traditional American breakfast. Love the trendy but chill atmosphere. Also the service was very professional.

Great place with nice atmosphere. Quite simple yet nice decor. Sevice was great with a very nice waitress.
Labneh with pita was amazing. The lamb tartare was really fresh, spiced to perfection and worth every penny. As simple as it might seem the sudjuk pidé was a astonishly good.
However, the braised rabbit was extremely disappointing...it lacked flavor, seasoning and a kick.
The waitress fixed us a nice non-alcoholic cocktail, which was good.

Brunch at Barnounya... Was still kinda hungry when I left but the waiter nicely kept bringing us yummy warm bread whenever we'd ask. The jams were worth scraping the bowls clean and the ingredients were fresh and all well chosen. A few flies coming from the bar but nothing to do with cleanliness as I wouldve gladly stretched the 10 seconds rule had anything fallen on that floor... Different seating placement, nice clean deco.

I took my mom and her friend to Barbounya for brunch and it never disappoints. Her friend said the food was so refined and well prepared that she forgot for a moment that she was in Montreal!

Great upscale ambience and spots for sitting. Delicious turkish brunch served here. Try the borek. Absolutely tasty.

OVERALL: the experience was nice, the platter with bread and jams that they bring at the beggining is defenetly worth the visit.
