Great concept, very tech-forward environment which makes eating a lunch bowl have a smooth user experience. You can tell it is good quality, but the price-point doesn't justify the size of the portions (usually small, leaving you hungry afterwards). Maybe something can be done to either lower the price or increase the portion size?

High quality and tasty food. Service was quick and the staff were very warm. We ordered shrimp bowl and bibimbap bowl. Food portion was a little small relative to the price. Their bibimbap was very tasty with fresh ingredients, but the only complaint is the name "bibimbap". Bibimbap comes from Korea, but their bibimbap was not even close to Bibimbap at all. I am Korean, and have been eating bibimbap the entire of my life inside and outside Korea and their Bibimbap bowl shouldn't have named after bibimbap. Overall, it was worth a visit and I would definitely come back and try their other bowls.

Excellent food, and the Build Your Own Bowl option (available when you order online) is great if you have a specific diet - low-carb in my case. A bit pricey in my opinion, but the friendliness of the staff and the option to order online ahead of time to skip the queue makes this a great option for me when I forget to pack a lunch to work. The Build Your Own Bowl options seem to vary over time depending on what they have available at the moment, which is pretty nice if you like mixing up your regular order and try something new. I used to take salmon or tuna, but they added spicy shrimp to the menu recently and it's been my go-to option ever since - they're so damn good! =D Another tip: if you pick the "Extra Protein" option, which I usually do, you can usually specify what you want as the extra in the "additional info" box. These days I just go shrimp all the way, but I also like having a mix of tuna and salmon from time to time.
