Friendly service and good food but coffee not as good as Horton's

Can be decent spot for a coffee break if you’re tired from walking or shopping in St Catherine. They offer the usual Second Cup menu and their prices are average compared to other similar coffee brands. This cafe has two stores and offer a big seating area. They also have a cold bar if you’re craving for a quick bite to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice atmosphere to sit with coffee and get some work done. Food is prepackaged and warmed up but they have good lemon cake and hot chocolate.

This is actually a great Second Cup! The atmosphere is really cool with plenty of seating and really nice staff. It's right next to the US Consulate so it's a very nice venue for family and friends to sit, drink, eat, and wait for their loved ones to complete their interviews, etc. A new staff member was being trained while my order was being taken and I was really impressed with how patient and kindly the senior staff member was handling the training moment. Kudos to her!

Large space to enjoy your coffee or beverage choice. I had the Chai Latte which was very good. Able to go in and out of establishment to have a cigarette when needed.

It was nice experience at second cup i love them because i came first time here with my boyfriend they do their best bit i really like flowers and stuff there for decoration

Very popular coffee shop that serve Pinkberry as well. The staff was really patient and friendly as we took forever to decide what to order. She made suggestions even though there was a line she took her time explaining choices.
The coffee here was really good, we ordered the blended creme caramel frocho. They serve fresh desserts, smoothies, frappes, chai tea, espresso and so much more. They also serve food for breakfast and lunch.

This is the BEST Second Cup location. Great service and the drinks are made well. It is two levels and clean. A lot of room with lots of seating. Many power outlets available for people to sit and plug in. Huge selection of cakes and snacks. Wifi is meh - difficult to connect at times.

An ideal coffeeshop for those of us who like to roll till dawn. Good coffee and tea, nice setting, a variety of desserts (not too fresh, but maybe it's the late-hour call), big space. A hangout for students. Toilets are clean. The best feature is the 24/24 hours. Employee a bit grumpy...
