Whenever I need a healthy fix, I hit Frisette! Fresh and flavourful and always wonderful service. I pretty much always get Tofu Convert, I am a creature of habit. Sometimes I add chicken to it. It doesn’t look like a lot when you look in the box BUT IT IS. I always have leftovers for later on. The cookies get me every time. They are so so good. I mean… I’m having salad! I deserve a cookie!!!

Frisette is my go-to. Every salad I’ve tried off the menu has been delicious (tofu convert and the Frisette are my two faves!) but I also love having the option to create my own custom salad. In a rush for summer bbqs I’ve picked up the family size salads before and they are always a big hit.

Can’t say enough good things about Frisette. It’s a work week, lunch time staple. Healthy, yummy, reasonably priced. So happy to have them on Monkland!

Can't find many better salad places in town than this one. Fun porch for people watching or reading while you eat. Early closure is sometimes a drawback

They have amazing meal salads that are an amazing value. Very high quality ingredients and very unique recipes, the salads are more than filling; often leftovers for another meal.

Absolutely delicious salads made with fresh ingredients. Also tried the falafel wrap which was wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend

Stopped by today for the first time, and was amazed by the big portion sizes! The dressing had so much flavour, we got the tofu convert and highwire girl. We will definitely come back!
